I'm a strength and conditioning coach based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire and have been coaching since 2013. I am passionate about what I do and I love to be able to share my knowledge with others. I did my Degree in S&C and completed this with a 1st Class Honours. I recently completed a Masters in Exercise Medicine.
I have 3 main areas on which I love to coach and train individuals. This is what they are and why I love to coach them:
Calisthenics - I love working towards positional holds and being able to show of that level of strength with your body is incredible. I also think being able to use bodyweight only is a great way to avoid limitations with equipment and locations.
Youth Strength and Conditioning - There is nothing more rewarding than seeing youth athletes grow and improve week to week. Hearing that they PB is a great feeling, and providing them with a strong foundation which they can use later on into their future is something special.
Adult functional training - Being able to do more as an adult is cool, being able to touch your toes actually makes you feel good when you can do it. Picking up your children and being able to play with them for longer is not only good for you, but great for your relationship with them. This is what adult training is about, can you do more, and can you do it when you need to do it. No limitations, want to walk up that hill? No problem, do it.
This is basically what I'm about with my training philosophy, those who know me, will say that I put everything into each person I coach. I always want to give you more, and give you everything I can so you can walk away and be able to put things into practice, and be able to achieve everything you want.
